Then an exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the first-ever Labour Member of Parliament for Portsmouth South, Stephen Morgan and his dedicated team.

New MP Stephen Morgan is looking for a Parliamentary Researcher to support him with his work in parliament, as a parliamentary private secretary and member of the Public Accounts Committee.

Key tasks include drafting questions, speeches and briefings; undertaking research on complex subjects; monitoring bills, motions, legislation, Hansard, petitions, and debates; and proactively engaging the media on Stephen’s work as an active local campaigner and strong national voice for Portsmouth.

The role is based in Westminster at the House of Commons.
