Come and join Stephen to chat over a pint (or a lemonade!) and share your views and concerns with him.

Taxi & Private Hire Drivers: Have Your Say
The future of taxi and private hire licensing could be about to change and we want to make sure drivers have a voice in that conversation.
We’re inviting taxi and private hire drivers to join us on Saturday 10 October to discuss the issues facing the industry and hear your views.
We’ll be discussing:
• The current licensing system and differences between councils
• Out-of-area working and app-based bookings
• Vehicle requirements and licensing costs
• Enforcement and passenger safety
• Whether greater consistency between licensing authorities is needed
• Potential future reforms to taxi and private hire licensing
Most importantly, we want to hear from you.
Whether you have concerns about the current system, ideas for reform, or simply want to understand what changes could mean for you, please come along and have your say.
