Stephen Morgan MP has called on constituents in Fratton to submit their nominations for this year’s Inspiring Fratton Awards ahead of the deadline on 5 October.
The Inspiring Fratton Awards were set up in 2019 by Fratton Big Local and Stephen Morgan MP to celebrate people and their achievements in the Fratton Big Local area.
The community awards scheme is looking for awards in the following categories:
- Contribution to Creativity in Fratton.
- Contribution to Learning in Fratton.
- Contribution to Sport and Exercise in Fratton.
- Contribution to Volunteering in Fratton.
- Most effective organisation or team in Fratton.
- Local Business in Fratton.
- Community Sprit in Fratton in 2023.
If you know a wonderful dancer, an amazing runner, an inspiring teacher or a great volunteer who lives, works or learns in Fratton, please nominate them.

The closing date for this year’s awards are 5 October with awards being given out in early December.
